Description

It would be useful to allow achievement progress notifications (e.g., "Enemies defeated 3/10") to be toggled on a per-game basis. Some games make excessive use of scoring or enemy-count achievements, which spams the player with popups. A per-core or per-game override would improve quality of life without globally disabling achievement tracking.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing achievement progress notification handling and any per-core or per-game settings, then define the override behavior; the work is done when progress notifications can be controlled per game without disabling achievement tracking globally.
