Description

Every time the user manages their game library, adding or deleting files across folders, they need to take note of each change made and refresh/clean each affected playlist, manually and individually. Having the option to refresh/clean all existing playlists at once could be really useful, there could even be the possibility to automatically do that when RetroArch is loaded ("off" by default, of course).

Thank you for your time.

Research direction

Start by tracing RetroArch's existing playlist refresh and clean operations and the path used when RetroArch is loaded. Define how a single action would process every existing playlist, and ensure any automatic startup behavior is off by default. Done means users can refresh or clean all playlists at once without handling them individually.
