[FeatFeature Request] <MOUSE TAPPING CONTROLL>

Currently on touchscreen devices, when touchscreen is enabled as mouse, dragging 1 finger moves the cursor, and 1-, 2-, and 3-finger taps are left, right and middle mouse button cliks. That is default in "overlay mouse" in "on-screen overlay"

Please add additional ability to enable or disable tapping as mouse clicks. Reason for scenario without tapping: using dragging 1 finger to move mouse cursor without without ability to accidentally to tap the screen when lifting finger and again touching screen.
The left, middle and right mouse buttons can be added in "overlay preset" as "mouse buttons overlay" which gives the user ability to use one hand to press dedicated mouse buttons overlay and other hand to drag the cursor on the screen

Practical use: games on Amiga and DOS which require more dinamic pressing of mouse buttons simultaneously with moving cursor. With current default behaviour, that kind of gameplay highly impractical because of tapping being registered as left mouse button click

Start by tracing the touchscreen overlay mouse behavior described in the issue, including the overlay preset's mouse buttons and one-, two-, and three-finger tap handling. Add a user-controlled option to enable or disable tap-to-click while preserving cursor dragging and dedicated mouse-button overlay use, then verify cursor movement, tap behavior, and simultaneous input.
