Description
For any settings menus that access a directory listing (they show "Parent Directory" as the top menu item), add a feature to use the OS system native filepicker to pick a file
This would be useful for picking a file anywhere on disk to load as a ROM or shader, similar to how RetroArch for iOS has a system native iOS filepicker (RetroArch iOS main menu > Load Content > Open...)

Research direction
Start by inventorying the settings menus that show "Parent Directory" and identify the platform-specific entry points for native filepickers, including the iOS Load Content > Open... flow mentioned in the issue. Done means directory-based settings menus can offer an OS-native picker for selecting files anywhere on disk, with behavior defined across supported platforms.
