Description
For any settings menus that access a directory listing (they show "Parent Directory" as the top menu item), add a feature to open the directory in the OS default filemanger (open in Windows Explorer, open in Linux file manager, open in macOS Finder)
This would be useful for the Shaders > Load Preset menus, overlay menus, Load Content menus, etc

Research direction
Start by tracing the settings menus that show “Parent Directory,” including Shaders > Load Preset, overlay menus, and Load Content menus. Define the platform-specific behavior for opening the current directory in Windows Explorer, a Linux file manager, or macOS Finder, and verify that each listed menu can invoke it.
