RetroArch Android Cores Folder keeps resetting

Description

I keep changing my "cores" folder to use my SD Card and saving the config, but it keeps getting reset to Internal Storage /data/user/0/com.retroarch.aarch64/cores. Most other folders seem to be working when reassigned.

Expected behavior

The cores folder is stored on my SD Card instead of Internal Storage

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open RetroArch Stable AArch64
2. Go to Settings -> Directory -> Cores
3. Set Directory for cores to /storage/FFD6-78B6/RetroArch/cores
4. Go to Home -> Configuration File -> Save Current Configuration (Hit a few times for redundancy).
5. Exit RetroArch and reload. Folder is reverted to incorrect location.
