Description
With the network commands is possible to send commands to Retroarch over the network, but there's no command to change some retropie.cfg parameter.
I wanted to be able to change some retropie.cfg parameter, example:
echo -n "SET_CONFIG video_threaded false" | nc -u -w1 127.0.0.1 55355

Research direction
Start with the network commands documentation and trace how the SET_CONFIG command is handled in RetroArch. Determine how a network request should update a retroarch.cfg parameter, then verify the example command changes the setting as intended and does not break existing network commands.
