Description
Currently notification widgets do not scale horizontally based on resolution, but instead have a fixed aspect ratio tied to the size of the text they are displaying.
The problem arises when using super resolutions, for example 2560x240 or similar.
While the height is correct, horizontally the widgets look compressed.
The solution would be to scale the widgets horizontally based on the aspect ratio the core is using, instead of based on the text size.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating notification widget sizing and the core aspect-ratio handling, then reproduce the compressed layout at a super resolution such as 2560x240. Done means the widgets scale horizontally with the core's aspect ratio while retaining the correct height.
