Description
Description: I have noticed a duplicate cheat file for Wolfenstein 3D (Atari Jaguar) in the cheat files section. The file is placed in the main cheats folder (outside of any subfolder), while there is already a correctly placed version in the Atari Jaguar core subfolder. It seems like this may be an oversight on the server where the cheats are hosted, rather than an issue with the Cheat Downloader tool.
Expected behavior
The cheat file for Wolfenstein 3D (Atari Jaguar) should only be placed in the core-specific subfolder and not duplicated in the main cheats folder.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Download cheats using the Cheat Downloader tool in RetroArch.
- Look in the cheats folder.
- You'll find that the Wolfenstein 3D (Atari Jaguar) cheat file appears both:
- In the Atari Jaguar core folder (correct placement).
- Directly in the main cheats folder, outside of any subfolder (incorrect placement).
Suggestion: It appears to be an oversight during the process of placing the cheat files on the server. It would be helpful if the files could be reviewed and corrected to ensure they are placed only in the relevant subfolder (e.g., Atari Jaguar). This would help avoid unnecessary duplicates in the main cheats folder.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the downloaded cheats folder and compare the Wolfenstein 3D (Atari Jaguar) file in the main folder with the copy in the Atari Jaguar core subfolder. Confirm the main-folder copy is a duplicate, then verify that only the core-specific file remains after the correction.
