Research direction
Start with the attached log and reproduce the failure using the portable x64 build of retroarch.exe on Windows 11 with the mGBA core and netplay enabled. Check whether the repeated Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land closing is affected by the reported firewall environment; done means the game opens and remains running during netplay.
