Description

So i have a controller that does not have a menu button. I would like to have the overlay gamepad to be hidden by default, so that when i press the button i could have it show me the menu button and gamepad. Or maybe just overlay for the retroarch menu only preferrably out of the viewpoint..

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the overlay gamepad configuration and menu-button handling, then determine how a controller without a menu button is represented. Done means the overlay can be hidden by default and revealed to show the menu and gamepad, with a menu-only option if supported.
