Research direction
Reproduce on Windows using RetroArch 1.19.1: drag a .cue for a CD-based game, ensure multiple CD cores are available, and click OK without selecting a core. Trace the core-selection dialog and verify that OK cannot be used with no selection and that the operation no longer crashes.
