Description
Hi guys, would it be possible to add an index number to each system so we can sort them accordingly to our needs, like by release year or our own priorities?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the request. First trace how RetroArch represents systems and playlists, then define the sorting and index-number behavior for release years and user priorities; done means playlists can be sorted accordingly without ambiguity.
