Research direction

Start by reproducing the crash on Windows 10 with RetroArch 1.20.0, Vulkan output, PCSX (ReARMed), RetroAchievements enabled, and two consecutive PlayStation ROMs. Collect relevant logs while opening the second ROM, since the issue provides no log output or source entry point. Done means the second achievement-enabled ROM opens without RetroArch closing.
