Description
Description
Since sometimes the ping in Radmin/Hamachi/ZeroTier is less than relay server so it's better for the players to use them in these cases, but there are some problems
Expected behavior
the room/host should be seen with "Refresh Netplay LAN List"
Actual behavior
the room/host can't be seen with "Refresh Netplay LAN List" and the one with (Not connectable) in "Refresh Netplay Host List" not work
but if we connect with "Connect to Netplay Host" using Radmin IP from the host user it work fine

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Windows 11 with RetroArch v1.19.1 using Radmin, Hamachi, or ZeroTier. Start with “Refresh Netplay LAN List” and compare it with “Refresh Netplay Host List” and “Connect to Netplay Host” using the host’s Radmin IP. Done means the room or host appears in the LAN list and the listed host can be connected to.
