Description

Hello@all

For a few days now, SteamOS and the SteamClient have been offering background recording.
I noticed that only the sound is recorded for me. My question is, is this a "problem" with Retroarch or with the Steam software?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with RetroArch 1.19.1 as a Flatpak on SteamOS Holo 3.6.8, then compare the behavior with Steam's Game Recording information linked in the report. Done means identifying whether video capture fails in RetroArch or Steam and documenting reproducible steps and evidence.
