Description
The Fairchild channel f is an old console that used cartridges for games, and according to Avgn, the rca studio II and Telstar arcade do too. The Telstar arcade will be kind of tough to emulate the steering wheel and gun. And the keypads for the rca studio II would be nice for all of the buttons from a b x y to l1 l3 r1 r3.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by identifying how RetroArch handles console cores and controller input, then determine the scope for RCA Studio II and Telstar arcade support, including the steering wheel, gun, and keypad controls. Done would require a defined implementation plan and working emulation support.
