With an empty History playlist in XMB, RGUI, Ozone and GLUI, two entries are shown:

  1. "No History Available"
  2. "No Playlist Entries Available"

Expected behavior

One playlist entry should be shown: "No History Available"

Steps to reproduce the bug

Research direction

Start by reproducing the empty History playlist in XMB, RGUI, Ozone, or GLUI using the listed RetroArch versions and environments. Trace the frontend playlist rendering path for the History menu; done means an empty History playlist shows only “No History Available” in each affected interface.
