Description

Basically when a cheat file gets auto-loaded, it obscures any other kind of notifications on startup.

Expected behavior

Shows the expected notifications on screen alongside the cheat activation notification.

Steps to reproduce the bug
  1. Create a cheat file in the appropriate places, e.g inside Main RetroArch folder > cheats > Mesen and then thegame.cht
  2. Launch the game and see no other notifications.
