Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with the FBNeo core using Smash TV or Total Carnage in a hosted Netplay session on Android or Linux. Trace how the left and right sticks are handled during Netplay, then verify that the right-hand stick responds while shooting and that existing movement input still works.
