Description
After closing any game via Close content in Quick menu you can't launch any other one. RA just "crashes" to PS2 browser.
Expected behavior
Games must run normally.

Crashing to PS2 browser.

Reproduce on a PS2 90008 with Picodrive and FCEUmm: launch a ROM, use Quick menu > Close content, then launch another ROM. Trace the Close content path and the subsequent ROM launch until the return to the PS2 browser; done means a second ROM launches normally after closure, with regression coverage if the project provides it.
