Description
In latest Wii builds and releases of RetroArch Wii (starting from RA Wii 1.9.x and also happens on latest v1.17.0), it still has the stupid issue of the annoying buzzing sounds in some cores (Snes9x, Frodo, etc.)
I know it's a RA related issue since with the same cores but different older RA versions doesn't have this issue.
Version/Commit
- RetroArch: since v1.9.x, i have tested v1.5.x and v1.7.9 and these doesn't have audio issues
Environment information
- OS: Wii (libOGC)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the buzzing on RetroArch Wii with the Snes9x and Frodo cores, using the affected 1.9.x or 1.17.0 builds and comparing them with 1.7.9 or 1.5.x. The payload names no files or tests, so the first task is to locate the Wii/libOGC audio entry point and isolate the version change. Done means the affected cores play without buzzing on the Wii build.
