Description

On the PS2 Retroarch builds, I've always had horrible over scan. I've used multiple CRT's and changed the actual over scan on them and its never enough to fix just how bad it is. Retroarch is the only thing on my PS2 with this issue. Is there some way to change the screen size inside of Retroarch itself? Like a resize screen option? This would be very helpful. I have tried both the newest nightly build and the current stable release.

Research direction

Start by investigating the PS2-specific video and display configuration used by the RetroArch nightly and stable builds. Determine where screen sizing or overscan behavior is controlled and define a reproducible CRT test case; done means users can resize the RetroArch image enough to correct the reported overscan.
