Description
I added some MP4 videos to Retroarch, but there is no ffmpeg core, so when i try to play them it says "No Cores Available" and ffmpeg is not even an option among in the Core Downloader.
So what is the purpose of the "video" category if there is no way to play videos.

Research direction
The issue names RetroArch's Core Downloader, the video category, MP4 playback, and a missing ffmpeg core. Start by tracing how cores are listed and how video files are dispatched; done means MP4 files can be selected and played through an available video core.
