RetroArch Android- closing with a critical error on startup core PPSSPP

RetroArch 1.16.0 stable and actual nightly. Closing with a critical error when trying to launch games PPSSPP. On any driver. The problem is not confirmed on other devices ARM64. Original emulator PPSSPP works fine on any backend. Lemuroid using core libretro PPSSPP also works without problems.

Shield Tablet 32GB/LTE, Tegra K-1, Android 7.0, ARMv7, 320 dpi(1920х1200), OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.0, Core 4x ARM Cortex-A15 - 2218 MHz.
