Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure through the RetroArch menu on the Miyoo Mini using version 1.15.0: set a video overlay or filter, open Overrides, and save it. No source file or test is named, so identify the override-saving entry point and compare behavior on the reported Linux ARMv7a environment; done means the save completes without a crash and the setting persists.
