Description
When changing Pro Controller to Port# 1, it does not work anymore.
Only the Wii U Gamepad can be used in port 1.
Also when changing the Wii U Gamepad to Port #5 freeze RetroArch with a black screen and some white text mentioning a controller issue.
It seems that it should to be possible to set the Wii u gamepad to Port 5 (or 0, or even disable it) and the pro controllers to ports 1 to 4 (with the home btn working on pro controller).

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Wii U controller port changes described in the issue and inspect RetroArch's Wii U input and controller-port handling. Done means Pro Controllers can use ports 1–4 with the Home button working, while the Wii U GamePad can move to port 5 or 0, be disabled, and no longer causes a freeze or black screen.
