When rewind the game,RetroArch crashes soon and device returns to the home screen.

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Start a game .(I've tried several different cores, the problem happens all the time)
- Holding the rewind button until the game reach the first frame which memory can contain.

I have installed and tested iteratively, and confirmed that the Nightly version with the build date on April 25 started to have this problem.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash on iPadOS with RetroArch 1.15.0 (ios-arm64), using the April 25 build and several cores, then compare it with an earlier nightly to confirm the regression. The fix is complete when holding rewind reaches the first frame retained in memory without returning to the iPadOS home screen; the payload names no source file or test.
