Description
Hello,
Under a new driver for AMD, Flycast is crashing in both Arcade and Console games under Vulkan driver. Arcade games give machine info then time out the video driver and crash. Console games just straight up crash the driver and even the system a few times. Switching the video driver to gl, or glcore work fine. All of this was working fine till new update. This is why im assuming it is video driver related.
This is all happening under the steam version of retroarch 1.15.0. The driver for my AMD 6750XT is ver. 23.3.1. This is all running under Windows 10, which is fully updated as well. My current retroarch config is attached, including the one for flycast just in case.

Research direction
Start with the attached retroarchconfig.txt and FlycastConfig.txt, then reproduce Flycast under the Steam version of RetroArch 1.15.0 with Vulkan on Windows 10, using the AMD 6750XT driver 23.3.1. Compare the crash behavior with gl and glcore; the issue is resolved when Arcade and Console games no longer crash the video driver or system under Vulkan.
