Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure on a PS2 with RetroArch 1.14.0, launching raboot.elf from wLaunchElf, and compare it with retroarchps2.elf, which boots. Review the changes between the working 1.12.0 version and 1.14.0 affecting PS2 ELF startup. Done means raboot.elf launches RetroArch instead of returning to the PS2 browser.
