Xbox retroarch live streaming issue.

First and foremost consider this:

When live streaming Retroarch on Xbox you'll get the Xbox overlays to show up during live streaming. Sometimes party chat and mic can bleed through (which is a privacy concern for me). This happens with no other game that you can play on Xbox it happens only with the specific two softwares recently. so it is not an Xbox issue I’ve tested multiple games to confirm this for myself. (Would love to see someone else try it out as well)

Expected behavior

[What you expected to happen]
To have a clean stream no with overlays so it would be possible for content creation.

Actual behavior

The party chat and live-streaming overlay show up and party chat/mic can bleed through -rare chance but it has happened. Tested it out a few times.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. [First step] have the most recent versions of Retroarch available in retail mode on Xbox
2. [Second step] start to live stream to twitch. It doesn’t matter if you do it from the guide menu or the twitch app itself on Xbox.

No source file or test is identified. Reproduce RetroArch 1.12.0 msvc2019 from the Xbox retail build while streaming to Twitch, using both the guide menu and Twitch app, and verify whether Xbox overlays or party-chat and microphone audio appear; done means a clean stream without those overlays or audio leaks.
