Description

Following the discovery by SiarheiVolkau that some ingenic-specific mips instructions were not implemented, and their subsequent implementation, I've measured a 27% reduction in the sha512sum of a large file at OS level and a 3-8% perf increase on cpu-bound emulators.

I therefore suggest to update the OD Beta toolchain used to make the nightly RA builds to https://github.com/OpenDingux/buildroot/actions/runs/3101426374

Research direction

The issue names no repository files or tests. Start by reviewing the referenced OpenDingux/buildroot Actions run and how nightly RetroArch builds select the OD Beta toolchain. Done means the nightly RA builds use the updated toolchain and the reported performance improvement is preserved.
