[PS Vita] Git version is missing on system information and core information

First and foremost consider this:

Description

On ps vita both core information and system information are missing the git version which makes it difficult to keep track on changes and bug reporting. Also the git version is missing on the lower left corner of the screen. This does not happen on nintendo switch.

Start from RetroArch's Information/System Information views and the lower-left screen display on a PS Vita build, then compare their behavior with the Nintendo Switch screenshots. Done means the git version appears in core information, system information, and the lower-left display on PS Vita.
