Description
The Suspend Screensaver settings only has the 2 options ON and OFF.
It would be nice to have an option while content is running.
If I'm just looking at the RetroArch Quick Menu, that shouldn't stop the screensaver. The screensaver should be prevented only if the content is running.

Research direction
Start by locating the frontend code that defines the Suspend Screensaver setting and handles its current ON/OFF behavior. Trace how the application distinguishes running content from the Quick Menu. Done means a new “while content is running” option prevents the screensaver during content playback while allowing it in the Quick Menu.
