[3DS] Regression: blueMSX, Genplus GX, and Genplus GX Wide fail to load zipped roms in 1.10.3

Description

I upgraded from 1.9.0 to 1.10.3 on my 3DS recently, and I appreciate the new changes and everything that's been done to RetroArch. I find that my roms that loaded just fine with those 2 cores (there was no Genplus GX Wide on 3DS on 1.9.0) from the 1.9.0 release fail to load in 1.10.3, with an error saying "failed to extract rom from archive". I tried nightly versions dated 4/12 and got the same behavior. If I uninstall and delete tickets of the problematic cores, then grab the cores from the 1.9.0 and place them in sdmc:/retroarch/cores, install those with FBI, and use those versions, they work. BlueMSX is finicky and has other issues I can't reproduce specifically, but that's not what this bug is about. Genplus works.

My zipped roms structure contains a rom in a directory called "orig", so it'll look like this orig/Dragon's Fury.bin. Isn't a problem with other cores, or previous versions of Genplus. It also works in RetroArch on my Linux computer (flatpak).

[Description of the bug]
Zipped roms that are inside a directory within the archive (zip archive name example: Dragon's Fury.bin.zip, zip archive contents example: orig/Dragon's Fury.bin) don't load with Genplus cores or blueMSX in stable 1.10.3 versions or nightlies. They load in 1.9.0 versions.

Expected behavior

Roms load without issues.

Actual behavior

Roms fail to load with "failed to extract rom from archive"

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Install affected RetroArch cores from 1.10.3 release of RetroArch for 3DS, cia version
2. Launch a zipped rom for affected cores to run.
3. They fail.
4. Try installing nightlies and launch a zipped rom for them to run.
5. They fail.
6. Grab old 1.9.0 release and install those. Launch zipped rom.
7. They work.

Reproduce the failure on a 3DS with the affected 1.10.3 cores and a ZIP containing the ROM inside the orig directory. Compare archive loading with the working 1.9.0 cores; done when the nested zipped ROM loads successfully in the affected cores.
