Description

There are problems with "Write Saves to Content Directory".

Expected behavior

The option "Write Saves to Content Directory" work on Nintendo 3DS.

Actual behavior

The options "Write Saves to Content Directory" do not work on Nintendo 3DS.

Steps to reproduce the bug
  1. Saving -> enable "Write Saves to Content Directory"
  2. Open a content like a GBA game with the Core mGBA and save in the game.
  3. Close RetroArch and go to the directory where the game file is.
  4. There are no saves files in this directory. The saves files were not created.
