Research direction
The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing the Bluetooth disconnect with RetroArch 1.10.0, Windows 11, and SN30 Pro firmware V1.38, then compare the controller's connected state in Windows with its state in RetroArch after about 10 minutes. Done means the controller remains responsive in RetroArch during extended Bluetooth use.
