Description
Description
The On screen Gamepad overlays for Touchscreen devices needs some work specially when running RetroArch on (Mobile / Tablets) [iOS / Android]. 📱
It would be nice if there was an options on the On screen overlay section of the menu for users to
Move, Resize, On screen Gamepad Controls and Buttons of the current control preset being used.
🎮🕹️👇🧰⚙️🛠️
In a very modern simple user friendly way [Move or drag buttons or controls with Touch and adjust the size and save the changes].

Research direction
No implementation files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the iOS and Android on-screen overlay menu and control-preset handling, then define the interaction and persistence requirements. Done means users can move and resize the current on-screen gamepad controls by touch and save those changes.
