Description
Some cores (such as TIC80 and WASM4) support mouse input, but not all devices have a mouse or touchscreen (I have an Anbernic RG351M that doesn't have one). I know TIC80 has mouse emulation with analog sticks as a configurable option, but WASM4 does not. This seems like something that would fit well as a control remapping option in Retroarch.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating RetroArch’s control-remapping path, then compare TIC80’s analog-stick mouse emulation with WASM4’s mouse input; done should mean an analog stick can be configured to provide mouse input for cores that support it.
