Description
Updated issue:
Would be nice to autoscan for devices hosting RA on the network and display them in the options menu to select when using remote retropads. Using manual IPs as a fallback still.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the remote retropad options menu and the existing manual-IP handling, then trace how devices hosting RA communicate on the network. Done means discovered devices appear as selectable options while manual IP entry remains available as a fallback.
