Description
Hello,
Unsure if this is a CORE issue, driver issue, or RetroArch issue or a combination of both.
If you use PPSSPP core on Android devices, for me it was Android 11 devices and set RetroArch to Vulcan drivers the rotation is wrong.

Tried on two devices, the behavior was the same.

Research direction
Reproduce the rotation problem with the PPSSPP core on an Android 11 device using the Vulkan driver, comparing the two linked screenshots. Determine whether the incorrect rotation belongs to the core, driver, or RetroArch, and consider the issue done when the display orientation is correct.
