Description
Description
RetroArch doesn't report/collect correct data about the current CPU clock and memory values.
Expected behavior
The correct values should be reported.
Actual behavior
The values being reported are being reported as impossibly high numbers.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Run RetroArch
- Look for the memory in megabytes in the System Information menu
- Look for the available values in the CPU overclock menu

Research direction
Reproduce this on Nintendo Switch and inspect the System Information menu and CPU overclock menu described in the report. Trace the relevant platform entry points and compare their displayed CPU clock and memory values with correct values; done means both menus report plausible current values.
