Description
I'm trying to do import content>manual scan on the latest switch version of retroarch (1.9.13), but whenever I select an arcade dat file, it always gives me "dat file too large insufficient free memory" error no matter which dat file I select.

Research direction
Start by reproducing manual scan on the Switch version of RetroArch 1.9.13 with several arcade DAT files, including the reported memory error. Compare the files and available memory to determine why selection consistently fails; done means valid arcade DAT files can be selected without the incorrect insufficient-free-memory error.
