Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on Android 11 using the latest Google Play version, a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, an N64 core, and Super Mario 64. Check whether XInput buttons and camera movement remain incorrect after remapping, and record the specific core and controller details. Done means the controls map and behave correctly on the reported setup.
