RFE: Make the 'load core list' have the same descriptions when pressing shift as the online updater

First and foremost consider this:

• Only RetroArch bugs should be filed here. Not core bugs or game bugs
• This is not a forum or a help section, this is strictly developer oriented

I hope this is not a duplicate. I searched but 'description' is obviously a common word in the bug reports.

Anyway, as written in the title, users can only see what the core 'offers' in comparison with other cores in the online updater list - in the core list apparently all (but i'm not quite sure) cores just say 'libretro core', which is useless.

I understand it might be confusing to see another core mentioned in a description of a core, that is not on the loadcore list, but it's still more useful seeing that text right away than loading the online updater list just for seeing a description imo.

Expected behavior

Same description as the online updater

Actual behavior

Description that is completely useless.

Compare the core list shown when loading a core with the descriptions displayed by the online updater. Start by locating the code paths for these two lists and identify how each obtains core descriptions. Done means the load core list shows the same useful descriptions as the online updater.
