Description
Not sure if this is a core issue or a Retroarch issue, but though I'd open a ticket for both. All other buttons and dpad directions working. This is not an issue in the modern Windows SNES9x 2010 core.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the missing X, A, L, and R button input on the 98SE/XP MVSC 05/10 SNES9x 2010 versions and compare it with the modern Windows SNES9x 2010 core. Done means those four buttons work while the existing buttons and D-pad directions continue to function.
