Description
Nice to meet you. I am a user who recently bought WII U and started using Retroarch. Please understand that my English skills are poor. The writing may be a bit long, but I've been trying to write about the problem in detail, so please.
I downloaded and ran the latest version of the WII U Retroarch, Nightly for today. The problem is that the above title error only occurs in some games.
1.DEMON FRONT
-
Knights of Valour all series (1 and plus, 2 all games)
-
Oriental Legend all series
-
All runs from KOF94 to KOF 2003, but KOF99 hacking roms have a problem.
Only the games mentioned above are currently having problems.
The error screen was not taken because it was almost the same as the issue screen that other people have uploaded since 2017. Please understand.
I'm a recent user of Retroarch, so I don't know what the old Retroarch was like, but unfortunately, there seems to be a game that ran in the old version.
It's the Knights of Valour Plus.

This game seems to have been run without any problems at the time in 2017 by a person who does not know who it is as the picture I attached.
I am very curious why the game that was running without problems in the old version does not run on the latest Retroarch core.
First of all, I will inform you in advance.
-
In addition to the existing core, I applied all the similar cores in recent years.
-
As a core for driving arcade games such as mame2003, FBAlpha, and FB neo, I tried to substitute all the games with the above problem.
-
Since it may be a problem with the game file itself, various ROM files were driven by different versions, but the problem did not change.
And of course, I have also prepared the System BIOS PGM.zip for running Oriental Legend or Knights of Valour
The writing is a bit longer.
Please let me know if you know a complete solution to this problem. please. I've been suffering from this problem all night long.

Research direction
The report names Wii U, several affected ROMs, and arcade cores including MAME2003, FBAlpha, and FBNeo, with PGM.zip supplied for some games. Start by reproducing the launch failure with the listed games and BIOS; done means identifying a reproducible cause or a confirmed workaround.
