[Android TV] can't update RetroArch Plus 1.9.0 (2021-01-31) on Google Play Store

First and foremost consider this:

Description

I can't update RetroArch Plus 1.9.0 (2021-01-31) on Google Play Store as shown in the screenshot below:

I restarted my box many times but I still can't update the app. I can update other apps just fine.

Expected behavior

The app can be updated.

Actual behavior

The app can't be updated.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to the Google Play Store app.
2. In the manage apps & games, you will see the available app to update, RetroArch Plus included.
3. Update RetroArch Plus, the app won't be able to update as shown in the above screenshot.

Bisect Results

This issue happened in the latest version, 1.9.0 (2021-01-31). I can update RetroArch Plus just fine before this version.
