Description

Retroarch has too many settings
It happens that you change something and dont understand wy is something wrong

If u can see what exatctly was changes, its very simple to undo changes

How? For example change the color a little

Or make font bold. Its normal practice in Windows GUI. Maybe you can make it better than Microsoft corporation. Use some sign like you do this with downloaded core #

Very useful options for shaders, cores, etc. For parents and their grandparents!

Research direction

The request concerns RetroArch's settings interface, but it names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the settings UI and how modified options are currently represented; done would mean clearly indicating changed settings and providing a way to recognize or undo them.
