Description
I tried to launch latest RetroArch build on Windows XP (32 bit), but it just doesn't start with the error like "The parameter is incorrect" (I'm Russian, don't know how it's in English version OS). I tried to install/reinstall DirectX/MSVC Runtimes, but it didn't help. Windows 98/2000 RA build runs normally on XP though...
